The design concept reflects the idea of different birds. The series includes 13 panels made from a variety of materials, built around structures formed from many types of tubes. The process involved searching for the right composition and materials, studying birds, and working through the challenges of creation — paint, glue, hidden mounting techniques, the careful placement of thousands of elements, and delicate bead finishing.

Photography and design

Capturing these panels was especially challenging because the photographs needed to convey their depth and volume. Many experiments were required before we achieved the right result. Each panel required an entire day of shooting.
